If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific product, please inform us of the reason. Golu Rasoi reserves the right to decline returns from any customer after evaluating the reason for the return request. Although we thoroughly inspect all shipments before they leave our facility, if you are still not satisfied, you may submit a return request:
Our team will review your return request and initiate the return process. We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your location. The refund will be processed within 7 to 8 working days of approval, with the product value credited back to the original account or card used for the purchase.
Note: Refunds will be issued only after we have received the returned shipment, unless the package is lost in transit.
